When used with Instanosis's paired antigen, it achieves a cut-off of 1 ng/ml for detecting fentanyl in lateral flow assays. The antibody shows minimal cross-reactivity with risperidone and 2-hydroxy risperidone (0.01% each) and isoxsuprine (0.01%), and does not cross-react with norfentanyl.
