Using label-free detection, the MX-104 monitors biomolecular binding events in real time, generating full association and dissociation curves from which kon, koff, and equilibrium dissociation constants (KD) are directly calculated. The system is compatible with a broad range of molecular interaction types including antibody-antigen binding, protein-protein interactions, oligonucleotide hybridization, receptor-ligand pairs, and small molecule screening. With straightforward fluidics architecture, rapid chip exchange, and an intuitive software interface, the MX-104 is designed to fit naturally into discovery, development, and QC workflows.
