The company operates as the largest laboratory chain in the Delta region of Egypt and is recognized as one of Egypt's most accurate medical testing laboratories. Shalaby Labs was the first laboratory in North Egypt to receive GAHAR accreditation and the first Egyptian laboratory to receive support from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The company operates a core laboratory facility in Damanhur spanning 1,500 square meters across seven floors serving as the central hub for operations. Shalaby Labs offers over 2,990 different tests and services to patients, doctors, and other laboratories. The company has expanded operations to multiple branches across the Delta region and North Coast of Egypt, and is opening its first African branch outside Egypt. The company developed the first mobile application in Egypt for efficient laboratory-to-laboratory B2B services and provides online result delivery and home visit services.
