Oasipor - Medical, established in 2003, began its journey in response to a challenge from private healthcare companies. Initially, the focus was on producing non-sterile disposable medical devices. Over time, the company expanded its expertise to include the production and commercialization of sterile medical devices, such as surgical drapes and gowns. Today, Oasipor - Medical develops, manufactures, and distributes a comprehensive range of sterile and non-sterile disposable medical devices under its proprietary Medicalwear brand, alongside protective materials for healthcare facilities. In its commitment to innovation, Medicalwear has recently introduced the SPOD concept, enabling the creation of customized packs containing all the necessary components for specific surgical procedures. Oasipor - Medical operates under rigorous quality standards, holding ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certifications, awarded by TÜV Rheinland. All medical devices produced by Oasipor meet CE marking requirements, adhering to Directive 93/42/EEC of June 14, transposed into national law by Decree-Law No. 145/2009 of June 17, for sterile Class I devices. Additionally, compliance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of April 5 ensures the highest standards for Class I medical devices.
