Paper/Film Pouch Production Materials

Coated Paper Pouch with Print features a PE-coated inner surface with an Easy-Peel function for smooth opening and protection against external contaminants. Sterilization paper is specified in g/sqm due to non-uniform thickness, with 63 g/sqm as standard and 83 g/sqm available as an option. Printing is performed using in-house FLEXO equipment in 1–2 colors, subject to artwork and minimum order quantity. Digital printing is available for small quantities. The film consists of a PET outer layer and LLDPE inner layer, with a standard thickness of 62 microns and options up to 90 microns, which may increase the minimum order quantity. Pillow pouches are designed with a center band that allows E.O Gas sterilization. The film is laminated using Dry or T-Die processes, and the level of transparency varies depending on the lamination method. With the film covering over 90% of the surface area, the inserted product can be easily inspected. This packaging is suitable for high-volume production and offers excellent cost competitiveness. It is commonly used for packaging infusion sets and tubing products.
