Caina Medical is a globe leader in design and manufacturing medical devices. We can provide for our customers with original equipment manufacturing (OEM) products as well as one-stop original design manufacturing (ODM) service. Caina has 170,000 square meter high standard manufacturing facility. We are the first in China to adopt an intelligent control system to automatically adjust temperature, humidity, pressure, air flow according to clean room standard, and record all data to make clean room operation more effectively. Caina is also the first company to use intelligent sterilization line in medical field. With intelligent robots we transfer finished goods from production to sterilization chamber, from preheat, sterilizing to degassing then to warehouse. We adopt system management from production ERP to warehouse WMS. Caina is in the forefront medical equipment intelligent automation. In our leading edge inspection center, Caina has various international standard test equipment to do physical, chemical and microbiological tests and to make sure results accuracy. Caina quality control system has EN ISO13485 and MDSAP certified, as well as passed American FDA official audit twice with zero finding. Currently all the products are registered with CE mark, and have 21 products registered with US FDA and having 510K numbers. Caina has its own research and develop center as well as design professionals. We can provide from new product initiative, mold design, product validation verification, to final product manufacturing one-stop R D service. As the result of broad experience of our R D team and professionals, we have more than one hundred medical product patents. These products have been in Europe and North America market.
